iPhone could kill my blackberry fetish
I may just be defecting if these arrive in the UK sometime before the next millenium and on a phone company I can actually get a reception on – yes I am praying not O2. As of today the iPhone was introduced. Yes, I do want one you know I do. It’s like a dream if it all works out – the screen with finger pointing could be great or a disaster being so big and finger contact. I can only assume it’s the same as Sat Nav and robust enough for prodding. The spec seems everything I wanted from Blackberry but they are just being slow about achieving.
My new sat nav would be great if …
… it wasn’t refusing to see my original destination as London by Buckingham Palace (of all places). I finally make the leap away from nearly crashing by using paper and random squiggle maps and it turns out I need to be a brain surgeon to work the damn thing – plug and go my bleep. For those of you being sarcy, I would RTFM (Read the f*****g manual) IF it had one that didn’t only tell me how to upload mp3, synch my bluetooth and possibly bake a muffin – EVERYTHING but how to NOT live in London OR be the Queen as far as it’s concerned. Mutter mutter argh.
Blackberry is my only fruit
I have now had the Blackberry 8700g for a few weeks and felt a review was in order. As many of you will know this is my second blackberry after the 7100t. My husband now has entered the digital age and left behind his ancient brick pay as you go (well, he will once we manage to squeeze his pac code (allowing transfer of his number) from his phone provider – which is a blood from a stone procedure). With this transfer over decided I phone up my helpful phone company and looked at what packages were on offer. In the end I got a nice unlimited bandwidth deal and much better call package, couple this with a brand new phone and you have a happy crackberry.
