I’m starting to think the ‘bubble bursting’ is something like a cautionary fairy story tale used to ground rockstar wannabe web designers. I’ve lost count of the amount of posts I’ve seen in the past few months ringing the toll bell of the bubble bursting again.

Online seems almost chocked full of instant gratification. You can twitter your thoughts, tumblr your findings and pownce your files with friends. I have to admit I have fallen for 2 main forms of instant gratification. Other forms have come and gone like beta flotsum and jetsum along the shore of my email account. At times they seemed good looking strangers that lured me with shiny time sucking distraction. However, none have stuck as much as twitter and tumblr for me. I’ll note here that whilst I did use it, for me pownce never stuck around, I had a lot of issues with their AIR application on my powerbook, I may try it with my new machine at some point but it has so far failed to stick as much as twitter.

9rules today launched Ali 2. I’m going to post later on my thoughts on the design (so far being a thumbs up), but for now wanted to do shorter post in house blend about the launch. My thoughts? Yay and many other positive affirmations come to mind. I’m thrilled and enjoying the new features.

I had a rather odd incident occur yesterday where someone has claimed woofbarkwag (my blog about dogs) to be their site and set up a facebook group for it. I won’t be linking as trying to get this shut down. This incident brought home to me again the importance of your online presence and what is associated with your blogs.
