Wearing your jumper inside out days
Did you ever have one of those days when only at the end of it you discover your jumper is on the inside out? I know it can’t just be me, or at least I am hoping I’m not going for the doh! lifetime achievement award – can you get female Homer Simpson’s? To possibly mirror the insanity of my life and work – not much life more work actually but there you go – I today just about half an hour ago discovered my jumper has indeed been on the wrong way all day. I feel a bit like I should be confessing this as scatter brained anonymous or something, but there we go.
The dark side of the web
There are a fair few types of sites that the a-list designers seem to avoid and galleries seem blind to. These often include sites such as online shops (getting less though), but the worst missing hole is the ever so common directory site. It could be a shopping directory, a link directory, resource directory, advertising directory – there is just a lack of any type of directory. The odd one might be shown but in general the online directory is the dark side of the web.
Houston we have a brain burp
It really has been a long month, well long few months and another few weeks to go it seems. I am not complaining (work = money = not sending dogs out to beg and all that), but my life has taken such a back-seat the past few months it’s getting a tad insane. I don’t appear to have licked this work life balance yet again – I swear they are going to put on my gravestone couldn’t balance, well that and workaholic most probably. I know I do it to myself, I have a squirrel approach to projects and haven’t learnt the project drug mantra of ‘just say no’.
