Diary of a website has come over all chocolatey for this season’s flavour. Welcome to chocolate raspberry (and yes you can get coffee flavoured by chocolate and raspberry). I feel it’s rather autumnal and I am definitely being inspired by that this season. One interesting thing I am noting is the way each season’s flavour really is inspired by the weather and environment around me. I find this interesting from a designer perspective and see it in the format and the colours.
With the launch of a new flavour around here there is usually some function changes and this one is quite a major one. I’ve added a forum to the site which will now be the home of both the blog club and webspiration. I will post more about these once the theme for the forum is up and running (planning on doing it within this week). For now, I just wanted to put it up and get things running with the new flavour and allow you all to sign up and start using it. My plans are quite a few as usual for the forum and expect more and more things to be developing over there during these few months.
I think that’s about it for the new flavour announcements. There is a new format to the site and of course various other bits have been tweaked to bring the new flavour in. As always, if you don’t like this flavour through the magic of flavour switching you can go back to any you prefer. I will always be keeping each flavour up so nothing will change on that grounds. I’d love to hear what you think about this flavour and will post a full flavour review once my brain has kicked back in.
Just a quick final word to also announce the new style and format for my company site Logical Binary. Apart from the new look (mood switching to come back) there is also new Logical Binary blog where there will be postings about Logical Binary news, updates and a peek inside the company along with articles and information relating to the areas Logical Binary works in. It’s not going to mean anything will change around here, but if you want to see more of what I am up to and what Logical Binary is about then potter over there and grab yourself a feed or favorite it and come back for more logic.

Thanks for the compliment, I am happy with it to a certain extent and as always am thinking of tweaks and pokes.
I’m not feeling the colors on this one, they clash quite a bit in my opinion, especially the dark chocolate color with the very deep red. Also, I would give the input fields some padding, they feel very claustrophobic.
