With being announced on 9rules, I am going to use this time to welcome any new reader of Diary of a website along with thank the regulars. Diary of a website is a blog of 3 flavours: full roast is focused on design, house blend is not just about the offline world but is also about non design related online, espresso is your quick fix regular dose of short links or comments. The flavours continue with the fact that Diary of a website changes look every season and everytime it does is based on a coffee flavour. The current one you are viewing is entitled vanilla and you can change the flavour back to others with different sections showing and layouts – some flavours offer more things to view that others as the site adapts each time a new flavour is launched.
Along with the 3 post flavours, there are a few other sections to Diary of a website. Webspiration is about things that inspire me. This may be a logo design, a website design or other design element; from interface to forms and everything else. Oddly enough considering the name of this blog, there is also a website diary section where the warts and all development of some websites will be charted over their life. More websites will be added to the diary section over time. Both these sections are new additions as part of this new flavour and are building up gradually.
